RETURNS POLICY

  • ELFEMI values the hygiene of our customers that's why we regrettably cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used under any circumstances. No return will be accepted where the quality seal has been broken. 
  • ELFEMI lashes goes through a number of processes and also a final QCC (Quality control check) before arriving to you to ensure their quality meets ELFEMI company standards. On the rarest of occasions, if an item has arrived faulty, please contact and report the fault within 7 days of the arrival date through our contact form.
  • All faulty lashes are subjected to a quality check by our QC returns team. If any item returned to ELFEMI is deemed faulty after all inspections, only then will a full refund or exchange be issued. 
  • ELFEMI will not hold any responsibility to any item that has been lost or damaged whilst being returned to us. All items returned are the responsibility of the purchaser. We would ask that all returned items be sent with the service that also provides insurance for the value of the returned item. 
  • All refunds/exchanges will be issued within 5 days of being accepted after processing. All returned items can take up to 2 days to be processed, if you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our returns department on sales@elfemilashes.com
